Visual Novel Mode

Greetings guys!

Today I'm announcing you a feature that many of you requested both here and on Patreon's forums: the Visual Novel Mode!


Adding to the already existing "Story Mode" and "Examination Mode", this gameplay option will have you play the game without the simulation part. This means that story events will flow one after another, taking each branch of the story as a consequence of your decisions. You can play the game once more after you finished it, or start a new game skipping each and every examination.

Don't bother about patients, money, hiring people, go to gym and various activities, just enjoy the story and play it again more times to experiment newer paths.

In Visual Novel mode you won't be able to earn achievements on the Steam release, nor will you be able to have more than one romantic interest at a given time, meaning that romance choices will stay active until the end of the game. Whenever you're making a choice that will be permanent it will be highlighted in purple.


Visual Novel mode is more than just a copy-paste of content. Conversations have been revisited to fit the new story flow and even dating your romantic interest has been included with new dialogues and images.

You will be able to play "Visual Novel" mode with patch 1.8.
